What does the City mean by "landscape waste"?

I want to clear an area of my yard by burning it. Are there any rules that apply?

The burning of landscape waste produced in clearing, grubbing and construction operations shall be limited to areas located at least one-fourth (¼) mile from any building inhabited by other than the landowner or tenant conducting the open burning.  Rubber tires shall not be used to ignite landscape waste.

What are the fines for violating the code?

The scheduled fine laid out in the code of ordinances for illegal open burning is $25.00.

The scheduled fine for burning in any curb and gutter or on any paved or surfaced street or alley is $25.00
